What centres ask us
Can I move my existing student list across?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet with names, batches, parent numbers and fees and it imports in one go. You don't retype anything.
Do we need a current account or payment gateway?
No. Parents pay to your existing UPI ID directly. FeeFlow never holds your money, so there is no KYC, no gateway registration and no percentage taken from your fees.
Can staff use it as well as the owner?
Right now an account is shared per centre. Separate staff logins with their own permissions are one of the first things we'll build if centres tell us they need it — which is part of why we're running early access this way.
What if a parent claims they paid but didn't?
Nothing is marked paid on a parent's word. Their claim goes into a queue for you to check against your account. Reject it and the reminders simply continue.
Is student data handled properly?
We hold a student's name, batch and fee — nothing else. No date of birth, address or photographs. You remain responsible for having parental consent for the children in your records. See our privacy policy.
