The short version

FeeFlow helps you track tuition fees and message parents. You are responsible for who you message and what you charge them. We provide the tool, not the relationship with your parents.

Who we are

Joining the waitlist

• It is free and commits you to nothing.
• We will message you on WhatsApp about FeeFlow and nothing else.
• You can ask to be removed at any time and we will do it promptly.
• We cannot promise a date. Early access opens in batches.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
• Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
• One account per teacher or tuition business.

What you are responsible for

This is the important part, so it is deliberately plain:

• Consent to message. You confirm you have permission to hold each parent's number and to message them about fees. Do not add someone who has not agreed to hear from you.
• Parental consent for student data. You confirm you have the consent of a parent or guardian before entering a child's details.
• Accuracy of what you charge. Fee amounts, due dates and payment records are entered by you. We send what you configure. We do not check whether it is correct.
• Your own tax and legal obligations. FeeFlow is a record-keeping tool, not an accountant.

Payments between you and parents

Parents pay you directly through UPI. FeeFlow never holds, moves or takes a share of that money. We generate a payment link and record what you tell us happened.

Because we are not in the payment path, we cannot see whether a payment actually arrived. A parent's declaration that they have paid is exactly that — a claim, which you confirm against your own account. Any dispute about whether a fee was paid is between you and the parent.

What we charge

• ₹299 per month, for any number of students.
• No setup fee and no commission on the fees you collect.
• You can cancel at any time; it stops at the end of the paid month.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price.

Message delivery

Reminders are delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. We cannot guarantee that a message arrives, when it arrives, or that it is read — those depend on WhatsApp, on the parent's phone and on their own settings. FeeFlow is not liable for a fee that goes unpaid because a message did not get through.

Your data

It stays yours. You can export it at any time, and deleting your account removes it and everything attached to it permanently. See the privacy policy for the detail.

What we don't promise

FeeFlow is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of faults. During early access, expect rough edges — that is what early access means.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous three months.

Ending it

You can stop using FeeFlow whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used to send unsolicited messages, to harass people, or in breach of these terms — and we will tell you why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [YOUR CITY] have jurisdiction.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in.
