Add your students
For each student: their name, the parent's WhatsApp number, the monthly fee and the day of the month it's due. Got a long list? Upload a spreadsheet and bring them all in at once.
Write your message once
Or use ours. The student's name, the amount and the due date fill themselves in, so one message works for everybody.
Add your UPI ID
The one you already use. Every reminder carries a payment link that opens straight into the parent's UPI app.
What actually happens
Fees are raised automatically
On the first of the month, every active student's fee is created with the right amount and due date. You don't lift a finger.
A reminder goes out before it's due
A few days ahead, each parent gets a polite WhatsApp message in your name — never at night, never early morning.
The parent pays by UPI
One tap opens GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or whatever they use. The money goes directly to you. FeeFlow never touches it.
They tell you they've paid
The parent taps "I've paid" and it lands in your queue with the amount and reference number. Nothing is marked paid yet.
You confirm it
Check your account, tap confirm. If it never arrived, mark it as not received and the reminders simply carry on.
A receipt is sent
The moment you confirm, the parent gets a receipt on WhatsApp. The conversation ends politely, every time.
